The Flex XCE10-8 125 Random Orbital Polisher from ITS is a high-performance tool designed for tackling both heavy correction work and fine finishing on a wide range of surfaces.

Driven by a powerful 1010W motor with a maximum output of 590W, this polisher provides an orbit stroke of 8mm and operates at variable no-load speeds between 140 and 440rpm, with an orbit rate up to 8600rpm. This combination ensures high abrasive power for paint correction, while keeping heat generation low enough to safely polish temperature-sensitive paints without risk of damage.

Its positive-action drive guarantees consistent rotation under load, eliminating the chance of hologram formation and making it suitable for both beginners and professionals. A flat gear head design reduces the distance to the surface, enabling the polisher to be used safely in any position, while the ergonomic grip hood with SoftGrip ensures comfort and precise control during extended sessions.

The VR microprocessor control system includes constant speed monitoring, soft start, overload protection, restart protection after power loss, and temperature monitoring. Optimised air flow keeps the motor and gear cool without directing exhaust air towards the operator, while the cushioned special hook and loop pad ensures smooth, consistent polishing.

A counterweight provides balanced operation with reduced vibration, and a rubberised resting bar adds extra protection when setting the machine down. With its 4m PUR H05-BQF cable, the XCE10-8 125 is built for durability on site, offering resistance to wear, cuts, and abrasions. Compact, lightweight at only 2.6kg, and engineered for long-term reliability, this polisher is the perfect choice for anyone looking to achieve flawless, swirl-free finishes with maximum efficiency.
